How to Return or Exchange a Purchase:
1. If you are not completely satisfied with an item you purchased, please call at:

2. We will assign all eligible returns a "Return Authorization Number". Your return MUST have this number noted with your return or you will not receive credit.

>>>Please note that you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs when effecting a return. Shipping charges will not be credited. Only the price of the item purchased will be refunded if eligible.

*******DAMAGED MERCHANDISE *******
Unfortunately, sometimes merchandise is damaged in transit. If you receive a damaged product we will gladly replace the product provided you contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order. If you contact us after the 7 day period, we reserve the right to refuse to replace the damaged product.
We will require a picture of the damaged product to be e-mailed to our Returns Manager before we will replace the damaged product. If you are asked to return the product to our Warehouse, we will gladly refund your postage cost to the credit card or PayPal Account on file.
